Returns & Exchanges

At PONT-DES-ARTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, including the packing slip and ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
